Why doesn't this route for anything but foot traffic?

Regarding:

https://graphhopper.com/maps/?point=34.681005%2C135.541463&point=34.681041%2C135.541216&locale=en-US&vehicle=foot&weighting=fastest&elevation=false&use_miles=false&layer=Omniscale

it doesn’t route across the intersection for any mode but walking/hiking, and in looking at the OSM data, I just can’t see why not. Any ideas why?

I looked at the edit history for the area, and seemed to get a flood of worldwide edits that have nothing to do with this area, so if there was a recent change that the routing engine just hasn’t picked up yet, I don’t know how to find it (so pointers there would be appreciated, if applicable).

Thanks.
Jeffrey

Strange, looks like the access to this way or this node is not possible. I also do not see a problem yet. Maybe you can extract a tiny area and debug the issue?
