Weigh certain roads different values based on features

Hello,

I’ve been looking for a routing API that would let me weigh paths differently based on whether or not traffic accidents occurred on the road. I have a list of accidents with their latitude, and longitude coordinates. Would I be able to use the GraphHopper API to do this? Is there any part of the guides/documentation I should look into in particular?
