I believe a similar question was posted on the forum before, but I would like to ask it again if I may.
I have plotted a route between Canarvon and Port Nolloth in South Africa using the short_fastest weighting in the .yml file. Please see below.
When I compare the route’s time and distance with the same route on Google Maps, the distances are exactly the same, but there is a significant difference in the route time. On Graphhopper the routes time is 11h 34min and on Google Maps the routes time is 7h 14min. Please see the screenshot below.
Why would this be the case?
