Is there any possibility to change a radius of searching points (max_region_search etc.) in a custom model or in some config file ? Or I can do this only in code?
Yes you can adjust these parameters:
e.g. set index.high_resolution in config.yml.
You cannot change this at query time though and after you change it in the import make sure you run a new import.
