First of all, I would thank the developer for all the work done with the graphhopper APIs.
Maybe this is a rookie question…where I can find the description of the different road classes and environments?

The keys are listed in the documentation. The values are currently not documented.
For road_class they are currently: motorway, trunk, primary, secondary, tertiary, residential, unclassified, service, road, track, bridleway, steps, cycleway, path, living_street, footway, pedestrian, platform, corridor, other.
For road_environment they are currently: road, ferry, tunnel, bridge, ford, shuttle_train, other
Please note that this could change (especially additions)
