Need help creating a hiking profile

Hello all,
I am using the dockerfile to deploy a local instance of graphhopper, but the image only has car profile, and what I need is a hiking profile.
I tried several ways to create a foot/hike profile, but with no success.
Can someone please explain how to add a hiking profile?

You need to add profiles for foot/hike to the config.yml file. Take a look at the documentation here
