This is my author’s free-to-use IT solution that allows you to calculate optimal plans for the delivery (transportation) of goods, equipment or people, as well as send tasks to mobile devices of performers and control the execution of tasks. This IT solution has zero total cost of ownership: it is based on an open source library for vehicles route planning, it has a web user interface, allows you to use a free Google Maps quota for geocoding and has a JavaScript mobile application (working on top of email).
