Looking for some guidance to see if the routing engine has been tried already by others to build a ride hailing service or demand responsive transport.

-we have a fixed fleet 400 vehicles
-we have a customer facing app that allows realtime request
-we allow timecontraints to be put by customers: need to arrive at HH:MM
-they can book up as close to 15min in advance
-we try to group as many people in 1 ride
-we are looking for a routing engine that could work with these constraints

Did anybody try grashopper for this
