Incorrect routing on tertiary road with shared cycle lanes

Hi,

I am seeing incorrect routing results routing on a tertiary road with shared cycling lanes.
Can you explain why the router takes a detour into a parking area vs directly west on NE 2nd street?

I’ve attached the routing results as well as GPX file input.
