GTFS routing for a stop to coordinate relation (and vice versa)

Hi,

If I understand correctly, I can use the GTFS router in pt-only mode or in a multimodal mode (walk-pt-walk) by specifying an OSM file. For the multimodal mode, is there a way to explicitly tell the router that I want to route from a gtfs-stop to a coordinate? If I specify the coordinate of the stop as origin, I still get a small walk-leg at first in the route. I assume it is the leg from the snapped OSM node to the gtfs-stop. Is there a way to turn that off?
