Custom turn costs

Dear Team and Community of Graphhopper,

I already activated turn_cost for routing in my application and it works fine.
I read in [this article](Turn Restriction Support for GraphHopper's Directions API - GraphHopper Directions API there development) that development was ongoing to make turn costs customisable (for example turning left costs 20s, turning right 10s).

Unfortunately I could not find any other reference to this.
Is it somethign that was then implemented or is still in development?
