A ghz file? Maybe you mean a zipped -gh folder? What are you trying to do? Do you want to create an artificial road network for testing? Then you should write an OSM file manually or use JOSM etc. to do this I think.
Yes, I wanted simple artificial road network just to use it in my tests instead of a map. At first I thought it would be possible to create it in code by using GHPoints. I will try with JOSM, thanks for advice.
