Hi everyone, I’m learning how graphhopper works. I initially thought that the velocity in graphhopper is determined by the road type and vehicle type and is set in the FlagEncoder file.
But when I debug, I found out that its time calculation is always at a speed of 30 for verhical = ‘car’. The configs don’t work at all!
Why? Hope someone can explain it to me
