Built-in profile and going against the traffic

Hi,

Where can I find the built in racing profiles so I can add them to my config file?

Also, is it possible to change the configurations so that it is possible to go against the traffic (the use case is for example a bike race where roads would be close).

But I still have the question of whether it is possible to go against traffic. If anyone knows the answer, I would appreciate the help, thanks!
