Allow gate barrier for CarFlagEncoder

Hello,

I have removed the gate barrier from the CarFlagEncoder’s ‘possible barriers’ array but cannot get it to route through a road with a gate in it. (https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/1916969343#map=19/52.92847/-1.49743)

Please note that the router works fine on the private access road right after the gate (we have configured it this way).

Are further modifications required to achieve this?

I resolved this by removing all types of gate including ‘lifting_gate’ etc, not just ‘gate’.
