Unfortunately OpenStreetMap is not allowed in China: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_China#Legality

We use WGS84 Geographic coordinates (which is EPSG: 4326), see how OpenStreetMap does this (which data we are using) for more details.
