Suppose after generating initial solutions, vehicle breakdowns. Now we need to assign all the remaining jobs to the new vehicle. What is a strategy we should follow in this case?. What I am thinking, First we will find out job sequence of the vehicle. Then we will make a job pool containing all the jobs which are not fulfilled.
