Route giving twice the expected time

When trying to create a route in GraphHopper, the system returns twice the expected time. I tested the same snippet in other tools and the time(1:54h) is half given in GraphHopper(4:02h). Could it be a bug in the system?

This looks indeed wrong (average speed for a large portion is only 20km/h). Will look into it.
