Graphhopper reads conditional restrictions?

Hi, i have a cuestion. Graphhopper reads Conditional Restrictions? e.g. “oneway:conditional= yes @ (Mo-Fr)”.
I ask why I installed Graphhopper but it doesn’t read this kind of restrictions.
I downloaded graphhopper following the git instructions, I haven’t edited anything. Do I need to configure something? thanks
