Dismounted contraflow routing on oneway streets: interesting possibility?

Hello,

I’ve been using GraphHopper through OSM’s main website and I think it’s great! But I’m wondering if it could produce even more interesting routes by assuming that the cyclist can indeed move contrary to the flow in oneway streets as long as the bicycle is dismounted and pushed on the sidewalk. This could be done on streets without sidewalk=no nor foot=no.

Do you think this would be a good idea? Or would it decrease route quality?

Yes, interesting but someone has to implement it
