Current vehicle contents weight influence cost

Hello. I’m trying to find out how I could include the vehicle’s current weight in the cost calculation.

So a vehicle with less contents costs less than a vehicle that is full.

I tried implementing my own getTransportCost(…) but I don’t know how to get the vehicle contents when getTransportCost is called.

Is what I’m requesting possible? Thank you.
