Additional Debug Console Output?

Question: Is there a way to get additional debug information in the console? (I am using IntelliJ to build Graphhopper from source)

Example: I get the error Unable to read PBF file and would like to get more details on what exactly cannot be read.

What is the exact stacktrace?

Sorry for not responding for so long — conclusion was to allocate more RAM.

This was also shown in the stacktrace, but apparently I missed it the first time.
